The Craftsbury Outdoor Center will again honor longtime NENSA organizer Jim Rodrigues and offer early season FIS level races.  Despite its FIS designation this is an all comers race.
Then on Sunday, it’s a all comers distance race in honor of our friend, the late Tom Kendall.  The Kendall Memorial kicks off the distance season with a FIS-sanctioned interval start of 7.5k for open-class skiers, followed up by a 5k interval start for U16s (the 5k is not sanctioned and will not be scored to either the FIS or NRL lists).

Rodrigues Sprints – Saturday, December 12th Expanded Royal Court Sprint Format

Qualifier is FIS-sanctioned.
Format: The Rodrigues Sprints will run as an expanded Open court-style heat format, running in 5 heats of 10 skiers each.
Classic Race.

Tom Kendall Memorial Race – Sunday, December 13th 

7.5 k Open and 5 k U16 race.
7.5 k is FIS-sanctioned. U16 Race is NRL.
FIS-sanctioned.
Scored to the Zak Cup.
Awards for all age classes, and a separate Master’s Results List!
Skate Race.
