 to Participate  \n  \nRegistration will close Wednesday\, August 26th  \
 n  \nWe will be playing a stroke play format and will be walking the fro
 nt 9 of the Arrowhead course so please come prepared to walk.  \n  \nReq
 uired Paperwork:  \nComplete ALL required forms below for Athletes\, Coa
 ches\, Volunteers &amp\; Unified Partners prior to the event if you have
  not already done so.  \n   \nAll athletes are required to complete our 
 Athlete Intake Form. One year from the signature date the form expires a
 nd process transitions to a yearly one page Athlete Renewal Form.  \n  \
 nAll HODs\, Assistant Coaches\, Unified Partners or Volunteers must have
  the following -   \n\nComplete Special Olympics Maine Class A Volunteer
  &amp\; Unified Partner Registration Form (one time only) \n\n\nComplete
  a Sterling Background Check (expires every 3 years) \n\n\nComplete Prot
 ective Behaviors Training (expires every 3 years) \n\n\n*Unified Partner
 s under 18 years old or enrolled in High School only need to complete Cl
 ass A Volunteer Form \n\n  \nEach Delegation must also have one certifie
 d tennis Head Coach and have the forms listed above in addition to the f
