 our Delegation’s interest in participating in our 2026 Special Olympics 
 Maine State 10-pin bowling competition. Delegations with athletes in bot
 h age brackets (22 &amp\; Over and 21 &amp\; Under) will be required to 
 submit this form for each tournament (One for 22 &amp\; over athletes/co
 aches and one for all 21 &amp\; under athletes/coaches)  \n  \nRegistrat
 ion will close Monday\, October 26th  \n  \nRequired Paperwork:  \nCompl
 ete ALL required forms below for Athletes\, Coaches\, Volunteers &amp\; 
 Unified Partners prior to the event if you have not already done so.  \n
    \nAll athletes are required to complete our Athlete Intake Form. One 
 year from the signature date the form expires and process transitions to
  a yearly one page Athlete Renewal Form.  \n  \nAll HODs\, Assistant Coa
 ches\, Unified Partners or Volunteers must have the following -   \n\nCo
 mplete Special Olympics Maine Class A Volunteer &amp\; Unified Partner R
 egistration Form (one time only) \n\n\nComplete a Sterling Background Ch
 eck (expires every 3 years) \n\n\nComplete Protective Behaviors Training
  (expires every 3 years) \n\n\n*Unified Partners under 18 years old or e
 nrolled in High School only need to complete Class A Volunteer Form \n\n
   \nEach Delegation must also have one certified tennis Head Coach and h
 ave the forms listed above in addition to the following -   \n\nConcussi
 on Training (expires every 3 years)  \n\n\nSpecial Olympics Maine sport 
 specific training (expires every 3 years) \n\n  \nAll paperwork must be
